In 2004, leading up to Thanksgiving then 16 year old Timmy Park baked fifteen pies of all varieties for the homeless shelter Father McKenna Center in NE Washington D.C.  The center guests and staff ranted and raved about these special hand crafted pies.  So much so that Timmy's pies became famous at McKenna center.   Timmy was inspired by making others happy and at Peace for even just that moment with his delicious pastries.

Now, nearly ten years later with a culinary degree in hand and hundreds of cookies, cakes and pies behind him...Timmy opened his own bakery to bring Peace to others through his glorious pieces of deliciousness.  ​
